Having been born into the field of Property Management to parents in the industry, it was no surprise when Cadence began her professional journey as a leasing agent. From there, Cadence worked her way to assistant manager, and then finally assuming her first Community Management role with Sunrise Management five years ago. Cadence's passion for her Community and her Residents has earned three Commitment to Excellent awards, four Mark Of Excellence nominations, and the respect of her peers and the vendor partners she works with. Cadence is now poised to represent the NextGen Leadership Committee
