Lorri, who has been active in the property management industry since 1998, leads Avenue5 initiatives designed to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace culture and to ensure that the company’s policies, procedures, practices, and systems are equitable and allow all associates to reach their highest potential. She has extensive experience in generating detailed strategic plans for associate diversity and inclusion programs, crafting comprehensive associate training programs, conducting extensive trend research and competitive analyses, analyzing ROI and performance for company initiatives, mentoring and training associates, and overseeing the execution of custom initiatives to assist teams at stabilized properties, lease-ups, rehabs, and affordable assets with issues related to diversity and inclusion education and program implementation, among others. Before joining Avenue5, Lorri served in leadership roles at Archstone, BRE, BlackRock, Riverstone Residential Group, and Invitation Homes. She currently serves on the National Apartment Association’s diversity and inclusion strategic planning sub-committee. She actively engages with the National Multifamily Housing Council’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiative as Avenue5’s designated representative.
