Meeting of the Membership

At the Meeting of the Membership, attendees will vote on the incoming 2025 Slate of Officers. Members will also hear a recap on SCRHA's activities and successes in 2024 and a brief overview of the State of the Association from SCRHA President Aiesha Blevins and SCRHA Executive Director Alan Pentico. 

⇒You must register by October 15, 2024. Each company must designate one person as the voting member. This portion of the meeting is free to all SCRHA members. 

Informative Discussion

Immediately following the meeting portion of the event, SCRHA will host a lively discussion on industry hot topics. There is a fee for this portion of the event, which includes lunch.

• Proposition 33 - Hear the latest on Proposition 33 and the fight against the spread of Rent Control from SCRHA's Director of Public Affairs, Molly Kirkland. With only weeks to go until Election Day (November 5), this will likely be the last chance to learn more about the measure and how you can support the industry.
