Patrick holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate from USD, an MBA with a focus in finance and entrepreneurship from UCLA, and an undergraduate degree from the U.S. Naval Academy. Patrick served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for over 20 years and invested in real estate throughout his military career, building a large portfolio of investment real estate in San Diego.
