Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS)

Suppliers are important liaisons to the multifamily housing industry. The CAS was specifically designed as an opportunity for suppliers to hear the everyday challenges faced by the apartment manager customer. This program is ideal for new salespeople as well as suppliers who want to advance their career.

Prerequisites:

• Supplier Success Course: *SCRHA is offering this course March 30
• Work in the multifamily housing industry in a supplier role

Required Courses

• Legal Responsibilities.
  April 14, 2021 | 9:00a.m.- 12:00 p.m
• Risk Management
  April 19, 2021 | 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.
• Resident Experience
  April 21, 2021 | 9:00 a.m.- 10:00  a.m.    
•  Financial Management
  April 21, 2021 | 10:00 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.                                       

Programs may be taken as stand alone seminars or in full to earn the industry designation.

All classes will be presented in a live webinar format.  When registering, attendees must provide a personal e-mail address to receive the webinar information.  Webinar links are unique to the individual, meaning duplicate e-mails are not allowed.
