This seven-day series features the updated 2025 curriculum that includes:
Day 1: Tuesday, March 4
- 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM: Industry Essentials
Day 2: Thursday, March 6
- 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Property Maintenance
Day 3: Monday, March 10
- 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM: Legal
Day 4: Thursday, March 13
- 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Marketing
Day 5: Tuesday, March 18
- 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM Managing Teams
Day 6: Thursday, March 20
- 1:00 PM- 5:00 PM: Leading People
Day 7: Friday, March 21
- 9:00 AM-3:00 PM: Investment Management
Pricing: $925 SCRHA Members
Requirements: To obtain the CAM credential, candidates must complete the following: A minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience; successful completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours); and meet all examination standards within 6 months of declaring candidacy. Courses may be taken as stand-alone seminars or in FULL to earn the industry designation. Sessions/instructors are subject to change.
