Mastering the City of SD TPO: A Guide on Forms for Housing Providers

The City of San Diego recently passed a new Residential Tenant Protections Ordinance (TPO) that goes into effect on June 24, 2023. While many components of the ordinance mirror state law, it does provide for additional tenant protections in cases of no-fault just cause termination of tenancy. It also requires mandatory notifications for tenants and certain disclosures.
