Independent Rental Owner Council (IROC)

The Independent Rental Owner Council (IROC) allows SCRHA members to join other independent rental owners throughout Southern California for a free event that includes an educational session, a round-table discussion, and in-person operational advice.

The quarterly IROC meetings are a welcoming space to collaborate with peers, share best practices, and keep up-to-date on changing laws and regulations.
