Reminder: Chula Vista Tenant Protection Ordinance Effective as of Yesterday

San Diego County and City Emergency Orders Ended

Keeping in line with the end of the state COVID-19 emergency, the County and City emergencies have been ended. This is specifically important in the City of San Diego where an Eviction Moratorium for non-payment of rent due to COVID hardship remains in effect. The moratorium will end 60 days after the local emergency has ended, which is the end of April 2023. Learn More
