Refugees in Need of Available Housing
SCRHA is asking members with available units to consider renting to Afghan refugees. There is need for units of all sizes and in all areas of the San Diego region. New San Diego County Rental Assistance Program Now Taking Applications
Rental Assistance for Small Landlords (RASL) is now available to property owners in the San Diego region who meet certain requirements, including owning 5 or fewer rental units and being a County resident. Click here for more information on the program and the application portal. Because this program is new, SCRHA asks that members who apply for this assistance share their experience so we can provide the County with feedback on suggested program improvements.
