2024 FORMS UPDATE! Reminder: The following notifications must be in the rental agreement effective January 1, 2024 for rental properties in the City of San Diego:
- Exemption Notification for Tenant Protection Ordinance (for tenancies commenced or renewed on or after January 1). This notification is for single-family homes or condos specifically exempted from the ordinance.
- Family Daycare Notification must be included in the lease or any other document establishing tenancy effective January 1.
