Ballots Are Out! SCRHA Voter Guide – Make Your Voice Heard on Nov. 5
Ballots have been mailed! This November’s election is crucial to the industry. The rental housing industry is facing a major threat in the form of Prop. 33 which, if passed, would repeal the Costa-Hawkins Rental Housing Act, and allow rent control to flourish across the state. This also means it is vital to elect candidates to state and local offices who understand the challenges the industry faces, especially in the form of additional regulation. Refer to the SCRHA Voter Guide for ballot measure and candidate recommendations.
