Reminder: Forms Now Available for Rent Reporting (AB 2747) & Imperial Beach Just Cause Ordinance
SCRHA members may now access the necessary forms to comply with new laws. Forms are available under Quick Links when logged in to the Member Compass. They will be available in the Azibo Forms platform in the coming week.

SCRHA Advocates for Industry in Washington D.C.
A half dozen dedicated volunteers met with Congressional offices yesterday to discuss national issues of importance to the industry. Discussions included a request to support a bill that will remove the 30-Day Notice requirement leftover from the now-expired CARES Act as well as protecting and enhancing certain tax policies that aid property owners and encourage investment in real estate. The annual National Apartment Association Advocate Conference draws members from all across the country to meet with elected officials and lobby on behalf of the rental housing industry.
